At Wedding Revolution, we strive to make your event planning easy and stress-free. To secure your reservation and cover preparation, inventory holding, and delivery scheduling costs, the following policies apply to all rentals (tents, tables, chairs, party supplies, and related services).

1. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to reserve your items and date. This deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable except as outlined below.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event delivery/pickup date (or as specified in your quote/rental agreement).

All payments are final once processed. We accept credit cards, cash, checks, etc. (any applicable processing fees are non-refundable).

2. Cancellations by Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing (email to weddingrevolution23@gmail.com or via phone at (909) 532-2188 with written confirmation). The following fees apply based on notice given:

More than 60 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date: Full refund of any amount paid minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.

60 to 31 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee (you forfeit the deposit + an additional 0–50% of the remaining balance, depending on preparation costs).

30 to 15 days before the event: 75% cancellation fee (full deposit + 25–50% of remaining balance forfeited).

14 days or less before the event (including day-of): 100% non-refundable—no refunds or credits issued.

Special-order or custom items (if any): 100% non-refundable once ordered, regardless of timing.

No-shows or failure to provide access for delivery/pickup: Full rental amount charged; no refunds.

We understand life happens—early notice helps us re-rent items and minimize impact.
3. Refunds for Unused or Returned Items

No refunds or credits for unused equipment (rates are based on time out/reservation, not usage).

Refunds for damaged/missing items are handled case-by-case (see Damage & Liability below).

Security/damage deposits (if required for your order) are refunded within 7–14 business days after items are returned in good condition, cleaned, and inventoried.

4. Cancellations or Changes by Wedding Revolutions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment unavailability, severe weather risks, or force majeure events). In such cases, we will:

Offer a full refund of all payments made, or
-
Provide comparable alternative items/arrangements at no extra cost. We are not liable for refunds related to client-side cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or personal reasons.

5. Damage, Loss, or Cleaning

You are responsible for items from delivery/pickup until return.

Damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items may incur repair/replacement/cleaning fees (billed at replacement cost or up to 100% of rental value).

Optional Damage Waiver (if offered) covers accidental damage (exclusions apply—ask for details).

6. General

All policies are subject to your signed rental agreement/quote, which takes precedence.

No refunds for weather-related issues, venue changes, or acts of God unless we are unable to deliver.

Disputes resolved under California law; venue in San Bernardino County (or as agreed).
